Do You Grill Chicken on Direct or Indirect Heat
I have a gas grill that I use for cooking chicken. The problem is, it’s not very big and there are only two burners so you can’t cook more than one thing at once.
So when making kebobs one has to do them in batches which means they take longer to cook. Is there any way around this?
There are several ways to avoid getting burned while grilling your kebobs. One option is to place some aluminum foil under each piece of food being grilled.
Another option is to cover the entire surface area of the grill with heavy duty aluminum foil. If you choose to go with either of those options, then you should remove the foil just before removing the food from the grill. If you don’t want to bother doing anything special, simply turn down the heat slightly and make sure the coals aren’t burning out. That will help prevent flare ups.
